Account and public profile

JR APP STUDIO LLC (JR App Studio) stores the information you provide to create and manage your card. Your private sign-in email, password, recovery details, shipping address, private activation codes, campaign source, and internal subscription details do not appear on your profile. Your name, photo, and any fields you add as public contact details will be available to anyone with the link when your card is active. If you add an email address as a public contact detail, that email address is published.

Physical purchases and basic access

Eligible physical NFC packages include basic profile access when you claim and activate the paid sticker, without a required recurring subscription. Each separate profile requires its own account; multiple stickers can link to the same profile. Buying a package does not cancel an existing digital subscription: you must manage it separately from your dashboard.

A full refund of a physical order removes the basic access granted by that order. A valid subscription or other independent basic access is not affected. Physical orders are subject to the sales and shipping information and returns and damaged-goods policy shown before checkout.

Digital subscriptions: pricing and renewal

Creating an account or saving a design does not start a trial or charge you. The digital subscription price and billing frequency are shown before activation. When billing is enabled, eligible new customers receive a 3-day trial, equivalent to 72 hours from activation. Activating the trial requires a payment method through Stripe and explicit acceptance of renewal. When it ends, an attempt will be made to charge the stated amount on a recurring basis, plus any taxes shown on the payment page.

Cancellation

You can cancel before the trial end date and time from “My dashboard → Subscription → Cancel”, without contacting support. The app will confirm cancellation when Stripe accepts it. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for it and will keep access until the end of those 3 days. If you cancel during an already-paid period, the next renewal is stopped and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Canceling renewal does not itself issue a refund; for billing issues or to exercise any rights you may have, contact JR App Studio. This notice does not limit your legal rights.

Access and failed payments

When there is no valid trial, confirmed paid period, or current basic access from an eligible physical purchase, the profile is no longer publicly available. Basic access from an eligible purchase can keep the basic profile available after a separate digital subscription ends. Your account and design remain saved; canceling or ending a trial does not automatically delete them. A failed payment may require updating your payment method in the billing portal. Each account gets one trial; it does not restart with each cancellation.

Security, cookies, and campaigns

We use a session cookie that is necessary for sign-in. Passwords are verified using a hash and salt. Keep the recovery code provided when you create your account private. If you arrive through an ad, we store the link’s campaign parameters with your sign-up to identify its source. JR Digital Cards pages do not include third-party advertising pixels; this information applies to the card service.

Signing in with Google

When Google sign-in is enabled, the sign-in page loads Google resources to display its sign-in button. On the create-account page, these resources load after you accept the service and privacy information. Google receives the technical information needed to provide that button. When you choose Continue with Google and approve sign-in, Google verifies your identity and may return your account identifier, email address, name, and profile photo. We use the identifier and email to associate that sign-in with your private card account, and may use your name when you create a profile. We do not automatically import your Google profile photo. Your sign-in email is not automatically published on your card. This sign-in does not give JR App Studio access to your Gmail, Google Drive, calendar, or other Google files, and we do not receive your Google password.

Matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. To connect Google to an existing profile, sign in to that profile and verify your current password in Account security. You can remove the local Google sign-in link after establishing password access; this does not delete your Google account. New Google accounts open directly in the dashboard without automatically creating a recovery code. You can optionally set up recovery in Account security by verifying the linked Google account again. A requested recovery code is shown once and should be kept private with your login email; we store only its hash. Requesting a replacement code invalidates the previous code. Existing recovery codes and email-and-password recovery remain available. Creating an account does not activate a trial, charge you, or change an existing subscription.

Google sign-in attempts expire after ten minutes. Optional recovery-verification attempts expire after five minutes and are bound to the signed-in account, session and browser; a successful proof can be used only once. Secure cookies bind attempts to your browser and maintain the signed-in session; these cookies can remain for up to 24 hours. We store the provider identifier and a private email snapshot for the account link, together with temporary verification and session records. To request removal of your card or information, use the support form below; account ownership must be verified.

Signing in with Apple

When Apple sign-in is available and chosen by you, Apple verifies your identity and may supply a private relay email. Your provider email is not automatically published. Matching email addresses alone do not merge accounts. Apple sign-in attempts and their dedicated temporary cookies expire after ten minutes. A separate secure browser-context cookie helps prevent an older sign-in from replacing a newer one and may remain for up to 24 hours, as may the signed-in session cookie. Creating an account does not activate a trial, charge you, or change an existing subscription.

Token responses that cannot yet be verified are held encrypted while verification is retried; new Apple sign-ins may be temporarily unavailable until that issue is resolved. We retain Apple refresh tokens encrypted on our server while the Apple sign-in link is active, so that we can revoke that authorization when the link is removed or revoked. Tokens from an abandoned or expired sign-in are queued for revocation if they are no longer needed by an active or pending authorization. Removal of the local link and affected sessions does not wait for Apple to respond. We delete the stored encrypted token after Apple confirms revocation; if Apple cannot be reached or a required encryption key is unavailable, the encrypted token remains in a durable retry queue, without a guaranteed deletion deadline. We retain notification and revocation records to prevent replay of revoked sign-ins and handle retries. Disabling Apple email forwarding is recorded separately from your main account email and does not change your card's published information. To request removal of your card or information, use the support form below; account ownership must be verified.

Providers and communications

The app is hosted on Cloudflare. Stripe processes payments when connected; full payment card details are not stored in this app. External links to WhatsApp, social networks, or other websites have their own terms. Your dashboard shows trial status and expiration; email notices from the payment processor depend on its configuration.

Features and limits

This version includes a web profile, QR code, downloadable contact, and private editor. Issuing and downloading an Apple Wallet pass requires signing in as the card owner and having a monthly or annual subscription with a current paid period. A free trial or sticker purchase alone does not include Wallet. Canceling renewal preserves download access until the paid period ends; it does not delete passes already saved. The pass retains the details from its last download; the linked web profile shows current changes. Google Wallet and phone-to-phone NFC transmission are not included. No lifetime service or automatic updating of contacts already saved by other people is promised.

Corrections and requests

You can edit your profile from the dashboard. To request removal of a card, deletion of information, resolve billing issues, or exercise your rights, use the JR App Studio support form. The form asks for your name, email, request type, and message; your phone number and account or order reference are optional. Requests are saved for private administrator review, and the form displays a reference when it confirms they have been saved.

Submitting a request does not itself verify account ownership, cancel a subscription, issue a refund, or automatically delete information. Do not send passwords, recovery or activation codes, full payment card numbers, or identity documents through this form. Avoid publishing private information on your profile.
