Does adding a package reserve my date?
No. Send your request and Karen will check the date and confirm the proposal. The hall must confirm the booking and payment instructions before the event is reserved.
How much is the reservation deposit?
The reservation deposit is US$500, payable after the hall confirms availability and the proposal. It is part of the agreed total, not an extra fee. The hall’s contract governs the deposit and cancellation terms.
Can I request a different guest count or services?
Yes. Include your guest count and requests in the form, or contact Karen directly. Any catering, decoration or other services will be specified in your final proposal.
